We offer free domestic shipping in the Mainland U.S. (“Standard Shipping”) for all orders $100 and over. Standard Shipping for orders under $100:

If your shipping address is in Alaska or Hawaii, the rate will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page per order.
Standard Shipping for very small or light packages is usually USPS Priority Mail or First Class Parcel service. Most other domestic Standard Shipping is sent by UPS or FedEx Ground Service. When your order is complete and ready to ship, you’ll receive an order notification from us with the assigned shipper and a tracking number.
If your order is received by noon (Pacific Time) on a business day, we usually send it out the same day. If not, it will go out the next business day. The date of actual shipment will be indicated in your order update email with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Some items take a little longer to prepare and ship. Those exceptions are noted on the individual product listing pages.
Transit time for USPS First Class Parcel (very small or light packages up to 13 ounces) typically take 1-4 business days. USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 Business Days.
UPS Ground Service can take up to five business days. (At peak times, such as during busy holiday seasons, these times could be a bit longer.)
Note that some items ship directly from their vendors’ warehouses and may be subject to additional processing time. This detail is noted at the end of each included product’s listing on our site. We will keep you posted on your order’s progress if there’s a delay due to vendor processing.
Standard shipping is always calculated at checkout. Because items ship from different vendors with different fulfillment times and shipping methods, we can’t always guarantee expedited shipping. If you need something right away, please contact us and we’ll tell you what the options are based on the item(s) you want and your location. We will always do our best to get you what you want and when you want it!
We ship to Canada! If the destination address is outside the United States, you will be offered our standard international shipping rate when you check out. We typically ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, but we may select an alternate carrier depending on what we’re shipping.
Shipping charges do not include local duty or tariffs, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you are outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact us to find out if the item(s) you want can be shipped to your part of the world.
Damages, Defects, Missing Items
If your order is delivered with damaged or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.
When you receive your order, please open it immediately and inspect the contents. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery so we have time to file a claim with the carrier. Please email us with photos of any damage or defects. You can also submit photo attachments on our contact form.
If you get your order and decide you don’t want to keep it, you are responsible for return shipping. Please send it back to us within 14 days for a refund. Contact us for return instructions.
Returns must be in original packaging or wrapping (if any). There is no restocking fee if returned within 14 days. Please contact us for shipping instructions and an RMA#. Absolutely no refunds can be issued after 60 days from the purchase date. Please ship your return with a tracking number and with adequate insurance in case of damage in transit. We cannot issue refunds for returns that are damaged.
We will issue the refund after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow enough time for return shipping and processing the return. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.
